As some of you may recall, the article in the Huffington Post was in response to another article that completely diminished and disrespected what thyroid cancer patients go through. I wrote an open letter to the author in response, and then Jodi helped bring my story to the Huffington Post in order to challenge the notion that thyroid cancer is somehow the good cancer.
